Whiz Kids!

I visited the restroom in a big company replete with MBAs in Mumbai recently. Imagine when I saw a sign that said "Please flush the toilet once after use" and in smaller font "By management". Why should the employees flush the toilet once every time management uses it? Is their "output" of higher quality than the average joe employees, and therefore should not mix? Perhaps this is why the company proudly refers to their star managers as "whiz kids"?
